🌴☀️ Guest Book Memories – The Soza Family! 💙

One of our favorite parts of owning 401 Beach Rentals is reading the wonderful messages our guests leave behind in our guest books!

Today we're sharing a special message from the Soza Family, who stayed with us in August 2026. ❤️

One part of their message really made our day:

💕 "I have stayed at several units here at GP, yours is by far my favorite."

Hearing comments like this means so much to us! We personally manage both of our condos and work hard to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience, from the moment they book until the day they head home.

Thank you to the Soza Family for the kind words! We hope to welcome you back for another beach vacation soon! 🏖️

🌴☀️ 86 Guest Stays. Countless Memories. One Amazing Year! ❤️

As we begin wrapping up another busy season at 401 Beach Rentals, we can't help but look back on what an incredible year 2026 has been!

This year, we've had the pleasure of hosting 86 guest stays so far between our two condos at Grand Panama Beach Resort! 🏖️

One of our favorite things is reading the thoughtful messages our guests leave in our guest books. From family vacations and special celebrations to much-needed beach getaways, we love knowing we've played a small part in making those memories special. 💕

Over the next couple of months, we'll be sharing some of these wonderful messages with you!

Owning and managing our condos ourselves is something we take great pride in. We put a lot of time, care, and attention into making each stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And we're excited to dedicate even more time to the little details, improvements, and personal touches that make our condos feel like a home away from home. Thank you to Coastal Host Cleaning for their amazing work each and every stay.

To everyone who has stayed with us, thank you! ❤️ Your kind words, continued support, and willingness to share your experiences mean more than you know.

✨ Here's one of the sweet messages left by our guests! ✨
