Been a little rainy this week, but sneaking in during the low pressure hours beforehand has been great! Just have to watch out for the weather to change suddenly. & Bring lots of water too, it would be a rough time to get stuck on the water!

Waterfront homes are still selling fairly quickly and not being replaced nearly quick enough. With the market down and in short supply, there are only a few directions prices can go so reach out if you know someone looking to create a lifestyle on the water!
