The Golden Rule

Good morning,

Below is the message we at Uncharted Vacations sent to all of our guests. We are currently without power to all of our PCB and Panama City properties.

While many other management companies are either not providing refunds, not pro-rating guest stays for shortened bookings, nor providing credit for futire stays, we (along with our amazing owners) have decided to use The Golden Rule and treat our guests how we could want to be treated.

It should be noted that Florida Statute 509.221(3) prohibits an operator from operating a public lodging establishment without lights and cooling and other measures for the health, comfort and safety of guests.

Those operators allowing guests to stay without these services and keeping their money is not only bad business, it is against the law.

Never miss a sunrise or a sunset when you stay with us at Top of the Gulf. Unit 118 is a Ground floor unit with a patio and access to swings that overlook the beach at the end of the hall. We can accommodate 4, but if you need extra space we know the neighbors who also rent their units. Last minute bookings available for next week.
