Today marks 2 years of successful business!

2024 was a simple year with very little expenses and steady income. The strategy to add another asset in 2024 was delayed so funds could be allocated to other things.

Payat House Co. is a real estate company focused on purchasing and maintaining quality homes for rental purposes. While Payat House Co. is based out of Panama City Beach FL the company will be investing across the country.

We are currently under contract with a 3bed/2bath/1174sqft home in Birmingham AL which will be our flagship as the company gets started.
