Monumental…

There are very few moments in life where we get the opportunity to truly help someone, much less to make a lasting impact in 7 different lives - all in the same week.

Although I’ve spent the last few days trying to decompress from all the emotions of the past week, I still find myself struggling to find words that properly honor each of these family’s closings.

I considered talking about how one of my buyers was able to secure the lowest priced unit sold in the complex in years - setting them up for an unbelievable investment opportunity.

Or maybe I could talk about the peace of mind a family found when they were finally able to sell the condo their family has created memories in for over 30 years.

And the story of hearing the joy in a husband’s voice when he finally closed on he and his wife’s very first beach condo… that is an incredible story that certainly deserves to be shared.

The truth is, for a guy like me that puts every ounce of his heart and soul in to every single thing I do, the raw emotions from last week are still very real, and the thought of finding the right words to properly honor each story is still just a bit overwhelming.

The care…

The precision…

The passion…

Although I find myself struggling with finding the right words today, one thing I will never struggle with is knowing that above all else, helping these incredible folks become the heroes in their own life story is why I do what I do.

Being the change isn’t always easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it.

Truth Time!!!

Let’s take a second to review Tootsie's Spray Tan (adult beverage) and the Smoked Tuna Dip…

Y’all know me, and you know I’m about as honest as they come. So my opinion that many of the mixed drinks at tootsies are a bit too small for the price is about as accurate as I can be.

Having said that - there is soooo much more to things that a dollar or two simply can’t hold a candle to. No where, and I mean no where on this beach offers the views and the atmosphere that Tootsies does, so take my $2 more and I’ll enjoy these views with this live music any day of the week!

For the drink, the Spray Tan is a simple mix of the the old college girl favorite of coconut rum and pineapple juice. Tootsies dresses it up just a bit with a floater of dark rum. Classic but with a slight Nashville twang… this one is tasty as hell (even for a whisky drinker). Small, but effective… kinda like me😉

But the tuna dip y’all…

Look, I’m no food snob. I like things that taste good, and that’s about as basic as it gets. But these Alabama Fire Crackers my friends… holy moly!!!

The tuna dip itself is about what you might expect from most establishments in PCB… standard tourist prices for pretty tasty treats.

But don’t give up on this magical dish just yet.

The Alabama Fire Crackers Ya’ll… OMG. 😳

As a fat kid trying not to live in a fat kid’s body… these crackers might have just changed my life.

Carbs, gluten, and all those silly words can kindly “F” off. I’ve traveled this world more times than I can count, and these crackers will absolutely have me coming back for more - over and over.

The crisp buttery flavor with the sweet heat of the special seasoning… Forget the tuna dip - I’ll be back next weekend if for nothing else but to taste these INCREDIBLE crackers again!

Can’t recommend this appetizer enough.

I’ve been on this sandbar at least 1,000 times… never have I experienced so many beautiful sand dollars.

Makes me the richest man in the world. ⛱️❤️

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is ILLEGAL in Florida to take live sand dollars from the Gulf. Educate your kiddos. Show them the beauty of the living, and teach them the importance of all life.

I’ll be watching… 👀🚔☮️🌎
