3665 Cedar Park Drive in Panama City is officially under contract—and this one is a standout 🙌🏻

After 6 months on the market, we were able to reposition and secure a contract essentially at asking price, something that doesn’t always happen once a home has been sitting.

This is my fourth transaction with this client, and I’m always grateful for that continued trust, especially helping a veteran through another successful move.

A great reminder that time on market doesn’t always define value. Sometimes it’s simply about finding the right buyer who truly sees what the home has to offer.

When I first connected with these sellers, their home had already spent 255 days on the market with another agent, with zero offers. Understandably, they were nervous about relisting, especially in what many are calling a “buyers market”. They weren’t sure if the market was working in their favor… or if this home would ever sell.

After touring the property, I offered strategic advice on a few key updates to help the home show its best. I then staged it just enough to highlight its best features and create an emotional connection for buyers.
