The beautiful white sandy beaches are just the start to your wonderful vacation stay. This resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico along 27 miles of sugar white sand beaches and Emerald waters. Fishing Pier is located with walking distance as well as a water park, shopping, and dining. Pier Park is located just a few miles from the property and is sure to provide as much shopping an entertainment

as you can take in. The resort has 2 pools. One pool is beach front, while the other pool is roof top, on tower 2. The rooftop pool is located just directly out across the foot bridge, and is HEATED! . Along side the outside pool is a spacious hot tub, as well. Our kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you will need to make fun meals at the condo. Enjoy the on site amenities that come with your booking, such as 2 RESERVED beach chairs and an umbrella. There is also FULL SERVICE TIKI BAR with the chair service. (Seasonal)

People ask us all the time....how is the fall?
Its honestly my FAVORITE time to visit.

Water is still warm
Summer crowds are gone
Pools are heated
Beach chairs are still available
Less wait times when going out
