We have added two beachfront rentals to our portfolio. Both are ground floor 2BR 2Bath condos that sleep 8 with parking outside the front door and the beach and pool right outside the patio door.

Renovation project underway.....
Coming soon 4 more beachfront rentals. 2BR units directly across the street from beach access #22 with ocean view from the front of the building. Everything will be Renovated inside and out. Ran into pretty severe termite damage that slowed progress down but we are back on track now. Next up new roof.... then the interior work starts. Here are a few photos of the progress thus far.

For once I was lucky enough to get my phone out of pocket fast enough to catch this dolphin swimming by. Wasn't able to get the rest of the pod.
