December is open! For the last couple of years we have had the month taken by one guest and they are not coming this year so that leaves it open for your family.

I have availability this summer so take a look if you are traveling in June or July. August is pretty much booked, it's so funny how the calendar shifts from year to year. I've had condos in PCB for over 20 years and have had empty Augusts.

Just got home from an awesome week at the beach! Weather was a little crazy saturday for our drive home so we stayed an extra day at the beautiful beach making it not available until today. I have this week on a huge discount with 3 night minimum - any 3 nights between today with a saturday checkout for $175/night and I have 3/22-3/29 available for $1200 base ($1559 with taxes and cleaning).
