NXT GEN REALTOR® Summit Day TWO was somehow even better than expected!

We made so many great new connections, had incredible conversations, and handed out some pretty awesome swag. Our new velvet Florida Legacy Title koozies were definitely a hit. We went through an ENTIRE CASE before the day was over!

From the incredible speakers and valuable education to a yummy Panera Bread lunch, great music by DJ Doug, and the seamless ex*****on by our CPAR staff, this event was truly top notch from beginning to end.

Yesterday was setup day, and today we officially kicked off the first annual NXT GEN Realtor Summit!

This event was the vision and passion of our current Central Panhandle Association of Realtors President, Catherine Anderson, and she, along with the CPAR staff, board members, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, agents, and everyone working behind the scenes, truly SHOWED OUT!

I genuinely felt like I was at a major Realtor convention in Orlando, except it was only a 20 minute drive instead of six hours!

The speakers today brought incredible knowledge and energy to the room. They were informative, engaging, relevant, and gave us information we can actually take back and use in our businesses. It truly felt like a completely different experience and one that was absolutely worthwhile.

Sometimes you walk into a room expecting one thing and walk out knowing you were meant to be there.

I was lucky enough to run into my friend Marta Rose at our Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS luncheon on Wednesday, and she invited me to a networking coffee event this morning at The Pour.

I genuinely thought I was meeting up with a small group of women to talk about where we are, what we do, and what we have to offer. Instead, I walked into a room filled with around 40 incredible people.

Creative, articulate, compassionate, worldly, powerful, insightful, kind, present, courageous, skilled, open minded, God centered, and purpose driven entrepreneurs. The energy in that room was something special.

I can genuinely say this was one of the most powerful networking meetups I have attended in a long time. I met people I connected with almost instantly, and before the day was even over, I was already texting back and forth with at least four women I met there.

From authors and creatives to entrepreneurs building businesses and empires, I was inspired and grateful just to be in the room.

God always has His hand on everything, and this morning was no exception. I walked out feeling inspired, energized, connected, and completely full, even though I had successfully emptied my delicious coffee.

As if the people and conversations were not enough, the atmosphere at The Pour, the quality of the coffee, and the service with a smile were the cherry on top.

I already cannot wait for next month.

The group meets on the last Friday of every month at 8 AM at The Pour in Panama City Beach. If you are an entrepreneur, business owner, creative, or simply someone who values genuine connection and purpose driven people, you may want to find yourself in that room next month.

Centennial Bank hosted Business After Hours at the brand new Tootsies Orchid Lounge in Panama City Beach, and it was absolutely epic! I even got to see some of my favorite entertainers tonight, which made an already great evening even better.

Thank you, Centennial Bank, for the delicious food, great conversations, and for hosting such a wonderful event for our local real estate and mortgage industry. These are the nights that remind me just how much I love what I get to do for work. Meeting new people, shaking hands, building relationships, and having a whole lot of fun along the way is pretty much my love language!

And thank you, thank you, thank you to Florida Legacy Title for allowing me to be part of this journey and giving me the opportunity to build business by doing what comes naturally to me, connecting with people and enjoying every minute of it.
