2020 was an outstanding year for me and our brokerage. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this company!!

So I finally got a chance to run the actual numbers on 2020.
As a selling broker, I personally did over 13.4mm in sales over 41 transactions with one of the highest average sales in the area placing me in the top 3% of agents in Bay County. But here's the even more interesting thing about these numbers... many of the agents ahead of me prefer to work in "teams," where 4 or more agents put all listings and sales under the name of one "rockstar" agent. I'm more of a lone wolf, eat what you kill kind of guy... those numbers are mine and mine alone. (I will always tell you the truth about the "tricks" of the real estate game)
Combined with the rest of our agents, as a company, Bay to 30A ranks in the top 9% of real estate brokerages in the area. Again, interestingly, we have 8 agents... our competition sometimes has 100's and have been in business for decades. 😳
