We are so grateful!

Five years ago, when Shane and I were selling one of our investment properties, the agent didn't even show up to our closing. Without hesitation, Crystal stepped in and made sure everything stayed on track for us. What started as a frustrating experience turned into an eye-opening realization and very meaningful relationship.

I even remember telling Crystal, "One day, when I have enough listings and influence to educate buyers and sellers on why choosing your title company and the holder of your earnest money matters, I'll always recommend you."

Five years later... here we are ❤️

People ask why I use Crystal so often... many assume there's some kind of kickback involved. But I can honestly say y'all, there isn't. It's solely because of her expertise, service, and trust.

There are a lot of people involved in a real estate transaction, all the way from contract to the closing table. And every single one of them matters. Because if one fails, it could lead to the entire deal falling through.

For the THIRD time in 5 years with this precious couple. 🥹🫶🏻

But this one means a little more.

Years ago, a sweet friend Tammy Mitchell Ruehrwein brought us together.

What started because of her became a friendship of its own. They have followed me throughout my title journey, cheering me on, supporting me, celebrating the wins, and genuinely enjoying seeing our growth, just as she was in every way.

And every time we get together, there’s a piece of her here too.

I think that’s one of the beautiful things about the people we love. Their impact doesn’t leave when they do. Sometimes it lives on in the people they brought into our lives, the relationships they helped create, and the memories that continue to connect us.

She brought us together then, and her memory continues to keep us close now. 🕊️🤍

So thankful for these two, for another closing together, and especially for the sweet friend who will forever be part of our story. 💫
