The following is from a fellow agent. This is why you ALWAYS pay to have inspections done when buying a 🏡 😬😲

Realtor - Here is a list of inspectors who I have used in the past.
Buyer - No thanks. My dad will look at it for us.
Realtor - Is your father a home inspector?
Buyer - No. He just knows a lot about houses.

This picture is from last week. 12 years of taking showers with a drain that isn’t connected to anything and drains into the crawlspace can cause some serious damage. Not sure how “Dad” missed it.
