This 29.96-acre property in Sneads closed on Tuesday. I'm proud to have helped both the seller and buyer bring their visions to life.

When I first walked this land with Kim, she shared stories of the dreams she and her husband once had for the property. Life took them in a different direction, and it became time to pass the torch to someone else.

The right buyer came along after just 25 days on the market.

Fifteen days later this beautiful piece of North Florida found new owners with dreams of their own. The Cribley family plans to build a family homestead, including a barndominium and enough space for multiple generations to live and make memories together.
