When you make a transition like this, you never really know if you'll just be another cog in the machine...

I just got a call and had a phone conversation with the CEO of the entire company. This guy oversees over 150k agents across 80 countries and took the time to call me to welcome us to the company. Then he's like, save my number... anything you need. I don't think that's a common occurrence in the corporate world.
