Hi Folks! Most of you know that my husband Greg and I recently relocated to Panama City Beach Florida. Although I miss the PNW and the relationships that were made, the change has been a good one.

In case you didn’t know…
Many “low fee” agencies have lots of hidden fees. You basically pay for someone to input your listing after you ready your home, take your own pictures, and write your own marketing remarks. There is a lot more that goes into marketing and selling than that.
With the low fee agents, you often are working with someone who doesn’t know the area, nor the market. They get a salary, not a commission, so there is no incentive to work hard for you. There are many new agents since covid who are still getting used to the business. Avoid the headache.
