Remember that outdoor space we hoped to get under contract for our Buyer? Well.....

IT'S UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

This one checked a major box for our buyers: outdoor living space. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the covered outdoor areas, they could immediately see themselves enjoying this property.

But finding the right home is only part of the job.

I'm excited to share that we were able to secure this property UNDER the list price AND negotiate a 6% seller credit toward our Buyer's closing costs, prepaid expenses, and interest rate buydown. 💪

That's the kind of result that can make a significant difference in a buyer's overall investment and monthly payment.
