If you know Erica, you know she's always believed that **great negotiation skills are one of the most important tools a Realtor can have.** And, as the mom of daughters, she's had plenty of real-life practice too! 😂

Between negotiating **curfews, car keys, shopping budgets, “I NEED this!” requests, and the occasional “But EVERYONE ELSE gets to!”**… let’s just say she's been preparing for this certification for years. 😆
