Another closing day, and this one is extra special to me! ❤️

It was truly an honor to help Linda get her beautiful, cozy home sold. This transaction definitely had a few twists and turns. The home was previously under contract, but after the inspection, the original buyer decided to back out.

Kim Limmer and I immediately went to work. We started calling every cash buyer we knew, and we were able to secure another cash buyer and keep the deal moving forward — and even better, Linda walked away with a little more than she would have with the original offer! 🙌🏼

This home and this seller are especially meaningful to me. Linda knew my great-grandmother, Vasi Landingham, and I knew Linda’s sweet husband, Rick, from our school days at Mowat. Sometimes real estate has a beautiful way of bringing people full circle. ❤️
