The beautiful masterpiece that welcomes you into our building didn’t happen in one day… or night 🌚. The time + creativity Morgan Summers poured into this project really took the face of The Newberry Building to the next level, and that was no easy task!

Construction runs in the family, starting with his grandfather. Now Ronnie Grissett is carrying it forward with Team Patriot Building Solutions at The Newberry Building.

When Jordan Wester, owner of Be Slim Wellness & Weight Loss , was looking for office space she knew she wanted to be downtown. She’d watched the area grow since the hurricane and loved all the updates. As a solo practitioner, she needed something small, and all-inclusive, with amenities like power and Wi-Fi included.

That’s when she found The Newberry Building. 🏢
