Sometimes as a Realtor you have to have hard conversations…. This home SOLD for 99.51% of our original List Price!
BUT…. What you don’t know, is that to get to this Listing & Sell Price, I had to let my Seller know it wasn’t realistic to price at the $400,000 she was hoping to List the home at.
That’s an often uncomfortable conversation, but I had to be honest with her about the current market.
We priced the home at $389,900.00 my CMA was showing $395-385k. After 52 days the home SOLD at 99.51% of Original List Price. Appraisal came in at $389,000.
