🔑 Program Highlights:
• Get up to 5% of your first mortgage (between $10,000 and $35,000) to help cover down payment and closing costs
• Comes as a 0% interest, 30 year deferred second mortgage-no monthly payments, but repayment is required if you sell, refinance, transfer the home, or move out
🦸♀️ Who Qualifies?
This program is designed to support our community heroes, including:
• Healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, therapists, etc.)
• Teachers, school staff, counselors, and administrators
• First responders: EMTs, firefighters, paramedics, police
• Public safety and court system workers
• Childcare providers
• Members of the Florida National Guard, Coast Guard, active-duty military, and veterans working full-time in Florida
✅ Basic Requirements:
•Must be a first-time homebuyer (no homeownership in the past 3 years) veterans are exempt
•Must be employed full-time (35+ hours/week) by a Florida-based employer-again, veterans are exempt
