Closed!

Real estate is about so much more than houses… After month of showings, countless conversations, and one contract that wasn't meant to be, we are officially closed! Life doesn’t always happen on the timeline we plan for but trust, patience, and having the confidence to keep moving forward when the right opportunity hadn’t presented itself yet got us to the closing table.

I’m grateful to my buyers and cannot wait to see them grow into their new home. It makes moments like these worth the wait 🏡❤️

A true pinch me moment 🥹 How cool to have the opportunity to teach how real estate agents use math everyday (if anyone needs some square footage measured, I know a couple of 3rd graders that can help). It’s a full circle moment because years ago, this was MY third grade teacher 🤍 Only one more week, Sandpipers!
