Madison Maynard - Real Estate Agent

10/01/2026

Had a random opportunity to visit Portland, Maine with family 🦞 Just because I’m on the go doesn’t mean I ever stop working… Work emails this morning, lunch at Eventide (YUM), and stopped by our Coldwell Portland office this afternoon. The agents here are so friendly 🩵

If you’re ever looking for a Florida referral, I’m your go-to girl!

Well… this is a first 🤣

My first time attending a walk-through and going to the closing office that wasn’t for my own deal. I was at the office this morning, working on a few managerial times when we received a phone call requesting help from an agent in our Crestview office. They needed help with a final walkthrough. Having completed a closing on the same street earlier this year, I was no stranger to the area so I jumped in.

This is what I love about Coldwell: collaboration and teamwork, even from a competing office. I know if I was in their shoes it would have been the same way 🩵

Dropped everything and spent the morning yesterday at the vet… all is well and I have Magnolia Animal Hospital to thank!

It’s always scary when you know something is wrong with your fur baby. Every time I’ve taken Mimi here the staff has been incredibly kind, cooperative, and it’s nothing short of a positive experience. Thank you Dr. Carsen and team for taking care of my girl 🤍🐶🐾🦴

What’s your ideal day?

Morning: Showings (could have done without the rain lol) and catching up with clients
Afternoon: Beach with family… the water was UNREAL today
Evening: End the day with some shrimp from Buddy's Seafood

No complaints living at the beach 🤤☀️🏘️

When I started my real estate journey many moons ago, I chose Coldwell for a reason. Sometimes it seems like everyone and their mother is an agent. I selected a brokerage that would give me the one up not only locally, but also globally.

Spent the weekend in Long Island… How cool to see a familiar face so far from home. Live well with Coldwell!
