Simultaneous Success for Alex!! 🎉 Last Friday she closed on her sale and purchased this super cute 14 acre ranchette! She about tripled her acreage trading 5 acres for almost 14 acres, traded a gas fireplace for a really neat wood-burning stove, moved from close neighbors to privacy, and exchanged young trees for old ones! Smart girl! 😄 This was our 3rd real estate transaction together! 🫶

I'm back in Colorado attending Land University Bootcamp 🤗 we're on day #3 of a 27 hour Land Investment Analysis course which is SO GOOD! I naturally have analytical brain wiring, a soul that loves Land and entrepreneurship, and a heart to help people invest, capitalize, and exceed their goals! I'm looking forward to sharing these tools with my clients! In between running numbers, I'm also analyzing this land up close and personal....hiking and camping each night! 🏕🌲

Paola, KS in the top 7 friendliest towns in Kansas! The people are friendly, there is beautiful land there, 30 minute proximity to Overland Park or Olathe, great rural community with creative small businesses! I bought my first house in Paola for the anticipated real estate appreciation ROI!
