As many of our amazing guests already know, Vickers Schoolhouse gives a portion of every reservation to support an incredible nonprofit close to our hearts — Project Nic. This small but mighty organization feeds, clothes, educates, and loves more than 250 children across 7 shelters in 6 countries.

We’re thrilled to celebrate the success of this year’s Project Nic Benefit Auction. Because of the generosity of so many—our guests included—real change is happening for children who deserve safety, hope, and a brighter tomorrow.

🚍💛 She’s home.

After decades on the road, our 1978 Crown Super Coach has returned to her roots — rolling past the old schoolhouse one last time before settling on the prairie next door.

Meet Matilda — once a schoolbus, soon a storybook stay. She still wears her historic yellow proudly, but step inside and you’ll find cottage charm and a heart full of wonder: a tiled woodland shower where a fox peeks from behind wildflowers, stair risers painted with books and ferns, and the gentle hum of rest meeting renewal.

Today, she honked her way home to Crimson Ridge — and it felt like the whole ridge smiled back. 🌾
