"The best strategy I’m investing in......"

I recently had a conversation with one of my most experienced investors, who is actively involved in over 60 syndications and partnerships and has many years of active and passive investing under his belt. We discussed the economy and the various assets and strategies he’s currently invested in, including short-term private lending, residential housing development, and apartments.

When I asked him about his top investment strategy right now, he told me that our single-family rental strategy is the best one he’s currently investing in. This feedback was incredibly meaningful to me. He emphasized the high demand for workforce and affordable housing, praised our track record and extensive experience, and highlighted our vertically integrated operations. Additionally, he mentioned that even in the event of an economic downturn, he has the most confidence in our strategy due to the consistent and increased demand for these types of properties during such times.

-Why we're bullish on Baltimore! (Near record low unemployment 3.8%, year-over-year appreciation of 5.1%, and rents up 3.3% this year) 🔥

-Our laser focus on long-term, cash flowing rentals (Yes, we're taking advantage of the current resale market, but our MAIN FOCUS continues to be building our rental portfolio)

-Supply & Demand metrics in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Both states have major inventory constraints with over 50% less inventory than they had pre-covid (July 2019).
