This week’s spotlight is on Holders of Hope

Inspired by a craft project with her mom and her experience in the Trailblazer Program at UNO, the owner of Holders of Hope creates handcrafted potholders that are both beautiful and functional. Each design reflects creativity, individuality, and the belief that everyone has unique gifts to share.

Launched in May 2026, the business is already off to an amazing start, with a sold-out launch party and growing community support.

The best part for Hope is creating colorful, one-of-a-kind potholders that bring joy to others while building a business with a purpose. Her dream is to one day provide opportunities for fellow Trailblazers to help create these special products.

There’s nothing quite like handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer! 🏡🔑

My client officially moved into her dream home on Friday, and I couldn’t be more excited for her. We found a few goofy little things along the way, but everything got addressed, making move-in day that much sweeter.

She’s already looking forward to filling her new home with family and friends, and it truly has so much to offer—a fantastic location for her commute, a huge backyard for her dogs to run and play, plus walking trails, a park, and water nearby. What more could you ask for?

Helping first-time buyers take that leap into homeownership is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Watching someone stop paying rent and start building equity and long-term wealth while creating a place to call their own is an incredible journey to be part of.

Poor guy is recovering like a champ, but his dignity may need a little more time than his eye.

Hunter is still sporting his cone after cherry eye surgery, and let's just say... his navigation system is currently under construction.

Every doorway, chair leg, and unsuspecting human has become part of his obstacle course. The head wobble is strong with this one.

Good news—he's healing well.

Well... the Friday Funny Farm series is not so funny this week.

Hunter recently had cherry eye surgery, and let's just say he's not exactly thrilled with the recovery process. Between the cone, the eye drops, and the constant supervision, he's currently accepting sympathy, treats, and extra cuddles.

The good news? Surgery went well, and he's on the road to recovery. ❤️

For now, we're trading laughs for healing and cheering on our favorite little patient.
