Interest rates are only going to get worse. If this article offs correct, that would mean mortgage rates would be around 8% by the end of the year. Now is the time to buy if you are going to finance your house.

A big area of disagreement among economists is how far the Fed will have to raise its benchmark interest rate to cool down the hot U.S. economy.

If you are planning on purchasing a house in the near future, rates are only expected to go up. Making that decision sooner would be beneficial. If you have an assumable loan, that can be a huge selling point if you have a low rate locked in when selling as well.

Great information for VA buyers and sellers! This can answer a lot of questions you may have for if you are a first time home buyer. I have also talked with a lot of folks that have already used a VA loan and they didn’t about a lot of these items.
