Rain rain go away! At least the 3-5” of rain forecasted in some parts of Nebraska. Here’s your reminder that you should check on your sump pump if you have one! You can do this right now by grabbing a bucket and dumping water in the sump pump well until it kicks on and ejects the water. Check your back up battery too, if equipped.
Doing this can save you thousands $$$$!!
If for some reason you do get water in your basement, I have a couple dehumidifiers and an industrial fan to air it out. I also have trust contacts for water remediation.
