A member of my military family reached out and needed help to sell their home. I am intimately familiar with the trials and tribulations of moving across hundreds of miles. In this particular instance, they moved before listing their house which presented challenges like lawn care, making repairs, cleaning and getting it show ready.

Beyond proud of my clients for sticking with it. From the first house we looked at to closing was nearly 6 months. But they navigated every moment with ease. Is it weird to miss your clients?? Because I’ll miss them! At least now I can call them friends 😁

Rain rain go away! At least the 3-5” of rain forecasted in some parts of Nebraska. Here’s your reminder that you should check on your sump pump if you have one! You can do this right now by grabbing a bucket and dumping water in the sump pump well until it kicks on and ejects the water. Check your back up battery too, if equipped.

Doing this can save you thousands $$$$!!

If for some reason you do get water in your basement, I have a couple dehumidifiers and an industrial fan to air it out. I also have trust contacts for water remediation.
