Dear Residents
We are expecting a winter weather event this weekend that will have an increased risk of frozen pipes. While our team is preparing for the upcoming weather, we wanted to share a few reminders and tips! ** Keep your apartment heat on with your thermostat set at 65 degrees or higher. ** Let a very slow trickle of warm water flow from faucets, especially those on outside walls. **When extreme weather sets in, please open any cabinet doors under sinks to allow heat from the room to reach pipes. **Make sure all windows are shut and secured. If you will be gone more than a few days, please let the office know so we can periodically check your apartment. Report any leaking or frozen pipes immediately by contacting the office. We appreciate your patience while we handle the upcoming weather. Stay warm!
