Full circle moments like this are why I love what I do. ❤️

10 years ago, I had the honor of helping this incredible couple buy their very first home. Today, I had the privilege of standing with them again and handing them the keys to their second home.

It’s hard to put into words what it means to be trusted like that once and then again a decade later. These aren’t just transactions to me. They are real moments in people’s lives, filled with change, growth, and so many memories along the way.

Watching lives unfold over the years, seeing dreams evolve, and knowing I got to play even a small part in that journey is something I will always be deeply grateful for.

Since I haven’t been on FB much I wanted to let everyone know about all the changes that have happened in my life the last few months. After many years in Real Estate working with some of my favorite people, wonderful clients and some amazing agents I decided my next step in my Real Estate career I wanted to explore and strengthen my knowledge of new construction.

What I’ve learned so far.. people think they can’t afford new construction.. you can! D.R. Horton homes start in the 290s. People think interest rates are too high and want to wait to buy. But, at D.R. Horton we have lower special interest rates through our preferred lender at DHI with closing cost assistance. Agents are worried about the future of how or if they will get paid for their work. At D.R. Horton We ❤️ Realtors and will always take care of them.
