Not a full reno. Not a trip to HomeGoods.

Just a few intentional updates that make your space feel instantly calmer, cooler, and more put-together for the season:

– Ditch the heavy duvet and swap in a gauzy linen cover (bonus: looks great unmade)
– Trade chunky wool throws for a coastal stripe or Turkish towel at the foot of the bed
– Create a backyard summer drop zone near the back door: think a basket for sandals, hooks for towels, and a tray for sunscreen
– Replace that fake vanilla candle with a citrusy or mineral scent
– Pack up the dark rugs and let your floors breathe. Bare floors are back in style

This isn’t about making your house perfect. It’s about making it feel like “summer you” lives here.

Let’s be honest…no one loves folding laundry.

(If you do, come on over!)

But having a laundry space that’s just as beautiful as it is functional? That makes it a whole lot easier to get the job done.

This space nails the balance of style and utility with:
✔️ A large island for folding or sorting
✔️ Built-in cabinetry to keep everything organized
✔️ Sleek open shelving for everyday essentials
✔️ Durable surfaces that can handle the mess

From the black farmhouse sink to the custom millwork on the island, it’s proof that utility spaces can still feel elevated.

The “big wins” are amazing—keys handed over, offers accepted, homes sold.

But it’s the small things that really stay with me.
The “I told my friend about you.”
The “I left you a testimonial.”
The “I shared your post to my stories.”
The “I left a comment on your reel.”
The “I recommended you in a Facebook group.”

Every little gesture reminds me that this business is built on trust, relationships, and real connections.

If you’ve ever supported me in one of these small-but-mighty ways, thank you. It truly means the world.

A real estate agent posting a market update? Groundbreaking.

I know real estate data isn’t exactly what people come to Social Media for.

And yet …every month I get a DM that starts with “wait, I had no idea…”

That’s because the median sale price doesn’t tell you whether your specific neighborhood is up or down. Days on market doesn’t tell you if the home next door went over asking or sat for a month. The numbers only matter once someone explains what they actually mean for you.

If you’re buying or selling this summer, reach out. I can provide you a real read on your specific situation in your neighborhood or a zip code you want to zone in on. Here to help!

The best part of ou job isn’t closing deals—it’s this.

It’s when a client walks into a home and we can tell—before they even say a word—that this might be the one.

The way they linger a little longer in the kitchen.

How they start picturing their furniture in the living room.

The way their “just looking” mindset shifts to “okay, let’s talk next steps.”

It’s not always loud or obvious, but when it happens, you just know.

It never gets old. And we don’t think it ever will.

POV: You finally find the home that fits your life… and everything starts feeling a little more right.

The morning coffee tastes better. The summer nights last longer. The backyard becomes the favorite place to gather.

Because the right home isn’t just about bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage — it’s about how you feel living there.

What’s one feature that would make a house feel like home to you?

The agent on the other side of the deal isn’t my opponent.
Some of my favorite people in this industry are agents I’ve worked across the table from. The best deals happen when everyone communicates well, plays fair, and keeps the client’s best interest at the center.

Relationships matter more than leads.

Most of my clients come from people who know me, trust me, or have worked with me before. That’s not just how I’ve built my business — it’s how I want to build it.

Honest advice matters.

I’ll tell you when the timing feels off, when the price needs adjusting, or when another option may serve you better. My job is to guide you with clarity, not just tell you what sounds good.

I won’t rush you.

Not into buying. Not into selling. Not into a decision that doesn’t feel right. I’m here to advise, support, and help you make the call with confidence.

And yes, real estate is personal.

Many of my clients become friends, and many friends become clients — because home is personal. It’s where life happens, memories are made, and big decisions deserve someone who truly cares.

Staying in touch long after closing isn’t an accident.

It’s the whole point.

June is for finally getting around to the things you’ve been putting off since April.

Every month I share a homeowner checklist with a little of everything: some feel-good stuff and some actual adulting.

Swipe through and pick two or, what else on your to-do list?

If your to-do list is a mile long and you’re not sure where to start, here’s my vote for the one home project worth tackling this month.

It’s not a full makeover. It’s not new furniture. It’s the one thing that’s been quietly driving you crazy.

Maybe it’s the storage closet that’s gotten out of hand, the patio furniture that needs a refresh, or that one spot by the front door that always winds up full of clutter.

Doing small, focused projects like this tend to have a big impact, and they’ll make your home feel lighter, more functional, and more lived-in.

What’s your “this has gotta go” project right now?
