Before I got back into real estate full-time, I met Brittany while we worked together at First Command.

She was my boss, but more importantly, she's one of those people who is always thinking of everyone else.

Not long after, she met Andrew, and it's been so fun watching them build a life together. He absolutely spoils Brittany and her boys, and it's obvious how much they all mean to each other.

Fast forward a few years... she and Andrew worked incredibly hard to make homeownership a reality, and I was so honored they trusted me to guide them through purchasing their very first home. They asked really good questions, made smart decisions, and picked a really great time to buy. They ended up with a beautiful home at a fantastic price and were able to get closed on their desired time line.

And somehow Brittany still found time to spoil me with the sweetest closing gift basket. 🥹

Some closings are especially fun to celebrate! 🥳

These clients are not only wonderful people, they're also great friends. After a recent job change, there were a lot of moving pieces and a timeline to work around, but they remained focused and trusted the process every step of the way.

Not only did they find a home they truly love, they didn't have to compromise on the things that were important to them. It was such a joy helping them navigate the journey and seeing everything come together when it was meant to be.

Being part of moments like this and helping people acheive their homeownership goals never gets old and it's even more special when I get to celebrate alongside friends. Congratulations on your beautiful new home and this exciting new chapter!

We still need help filling the Heartland Hope Mission food pantry with cereal!

Bakers has boxes for $1.99 each! This haul would have cost almost $100 but ended up being around $40!!
