In 2023, I helped some fellow South High Packers from the 90’s buy this cute, unique house in Weeping Water. Fast forward to 2026 & life changes made them decide to sell. Who did they call? 🙋🏻‍♀️ For a few months, I had been working with this nice buyer that I met through a Facebook ad I had run on another listing & he decided he wanted to look at my Weeping Water listing (even though it didn’t match what he had been looking for). And wouldn’t you know he fell in love with it, bought it & closed on it this morning. 🎉

I’m here for the repeat business, I’m here for the new clients, I’m here for all of it. Congrats to both my sellers & my buyer on their new chapters! 🥰🏡🔑
