Congrats to my buyer, David on closing on this completely renovated home! We found the perfect home in the perfect location after looking in several areas of Phoenix and Scottsdale. And now.. on to picking out new furniture and decor to put the finishing touches on it to make it truly his home!

Today Violet was out of school for Professional Day so she got to tag along on a listing appt as my assistant! (Huge S/O to our clients who didn’t mind a bit 😉)

She’s been by my side the entire journey in real estate.. so much she could probably sell a home on her own! I know she probably would have preferred to be with her friends at times instead but this girl has some wicked negotiation skills at 9 y/o.
The skills make being her mom tough sometimes and yet it makes me proud because I know where it came from.
