How to find out the true value of your property.

This isn’t to say traditional listings can’t be the best way to sell your land. In many circumstances a traditional listing IS the best way to sell your property.

But if you have a property that’s unique, or has multiple use cases such as a farm, large acreage of land, multiple condo units, etc. oftentimes auctions can and should be your first option.

I stopped in to eat at Something Savory Corner Cafe in Downtown Paragould whose ribbon cutting was today!

I ordered the chicken pesto panini and keto-friendly chicken fiesta soup. Both of which were unreal.

It’s so refreshing to have such a tasty little place to hop in and grab lunch in the middle of Downtown Paragould.

Not only was the food great, but the workers and atmosphere were extremely welcoming.

Highly recommend you support this new locally owned business and walk on down there during your lunch break and give Something Savory a try.

(p.s. show up early before they sell out of their red pepper gouda soup which looked phenomenal.)
