🏡 What does a Realtor actually do all day?

Some days I’m showing houses, writing offers, negotiating contracts, meeting inspectors, checking on construction, or helping clients through unexpected challenges.

Other days I’m answering calls from the grocery store, negotiating deals from my car, and solving problems that nobody ever sees. 😂

After 10 years in real estate, one thing hasn’t changed — I genuinely love what I do!

Every transaction is different, and every client deserves someone willing to go the extra mile. ❤️

New houses being built. Old houses getting brought back to life. New businesses opening. Families buying their first homes. People moving back home. Investors taking a chance on our little towns.

REAL ESTATE MYTH:

“I need 20% down to buy a house.”

Nope. 🙃

There are several different loan programs available, and depending on the buyer and property, some may even offer 100% financing.

Don’t spend another year assuming you can’t buy because you don’t have tens of thousands sitting in the bank.

Talk to a good lender and find out what YOUR options actually look like.

One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is waiting until they find THE house before talking to a lender.

That is backwards.

Get pre-approved first. Know what payment you’re comfortable with. Know approximately what you’ll need for closing. THEN start looking.

Because when the right house hits the market, you want to be ready, not scrambling to figure out financing while someone else is writing an offer.
