Kellie Kane Duplexes and Paris Place Duplexes are needing Applicants for our waiting lists for our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom waiting lists. Our address is 708 B Sharon Lane, Paris, Ky. Our phone # is 859-988-0259. Presently our 2 bedroom units rent for 940 a month, and our 3 Bedroom duplexes rent for $1020 at Kellie and & $1015 at Paris Place. There is no application fee, and we have washer & dryer hookup. Total electric, no gas for utilities. Tenant pays their own utilities. We also provide the mowing. The filling is all about the peaches that we lightly dress up with flour, sugar, milk, cinnamon and vanilla to great a thick and creamy filling that tastes absolutely amazing.

Banana Pudding Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz.)package instant banana cream pudding mix.
4 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, 1 cup water..

Best Carrot Cake Ever 😋😋 This cake is Cheesecake Perfection!!! Don't Lose it!!
Ingredients
Carrot Cake Ingredients
Butter Small Amount, For Pans
2 Cups All Purpose Flour Plus More For Pans
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
4 Whole Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Carrots Grated
1 1/2 Cups Pecans Chopped (Optional)
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
16 oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
1 Stick Butter, Salted Room Temperature
16 oz Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Pecans Chopped (Optional)
Instructions
Carrot Cake Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & Flour Three 9 inch pans. (Sister Schubert Roll pans work great if you don't have enough pans around your house!)
Line bottom of pans with parchment paper
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add eggs and vegetable oil. Blend until combined.
Add carrots and pecans (pecans are optional)
Pour into pans. Bake for 40 minutes.
Cool for 4 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.
Frost with cream cheese frosting and enjoy!

Texas Sheet Cake Cookies
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs whisked
1/3 cup oil
Frosting
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cookie ingredients in large bowl and mix until completely incorporated. NOTE: Dough will be thick.
Using a medium sized cookie scoop or heaping tablespoon, scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Repeat until all of the dough is baked.
Frosting
Combine the first 3 frosting ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
Pour frosting over cookies. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and be sure that each cookie is completely covered.
