This closing came with a story. The day before our original closing date two weeks ago, the buyer’s agent called to say the lender could not approve the buyer’s loan. They had already tried another lender without success—but I wasn’t willing to accept that this deal was over.

I immediately got on the phone, made calls, and leaned on the trusted relationships I’ve built throughout my career. Fifteen days later, we had a new lender, loan approval, a completed appraisal, and finally—a CLOSED transaction! 🔑
