Most people only see the showing, the contract, and the closing photo.

What they don’t see is me crawling under houses with inspectors, checking out the things that can cost my clients thousands of dollars later.

Does this property help you accomplish your goals?

My goal for 2026 is to help 45 families buy or sell real estate and close $12 million in sales volume.

As of beginning of June, I’ve already helped 20 families and have closed $4.7 million in sales. 📈

My view as a Realtor on vacation. 🤣

Standing in line at a Star Wars ride in Hollywood Studios, trying to keep up with a toddler, and sending over my signature on an accepted offer so we could get it bound and officially under contract.

People ask if I ever “turn work off” on vacation… and the answer is kinda. 😂

The truth is, when my clients need me, I’m there. Whether I’m sitting at my desk in Tennessee or standing in line at Disney.

So today we made memories, rode some rides, and got a house under contract. I’d call that a pretty good day. 🏡✨

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a date with a galaxy far, far away. 🚀

Y’all.

I left my phone on top of the car at Disney from 9:00 this morning until 4:30 this afternoon. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not in my purse. Not in the stroller. Not in a ride.

On. Top. Of. The. Car.

Somehow it was still there when we got back. I came back to 25 missed calls and 118 text messages. 😂

I’d like to apologize to my clients, friends, family, and probably a few random people who thought I got eaten by a gator.

The good news is I found my phone.
The bad news is now I have to return 25 calls. 😭🤣

House hunting? Don’t get distracted by the granite countertops and fancy light fixtures. 😅

One thing I always tell my buyers to pay attention to is the floors.

Do they feel sloped? Like you’re slowly walking downhill? Do doors stick when you open them? Are there cracks around windows, doors, or ceilings?

Now before everybody panics, not every crack means the house is about to fall down. Houses settle. Some older homes have a little character. But sometimes these things can point to foundation or structural issues that could be expensive down the road.

That’s why inspections matter.

I’d rather my buyers know exactly what they’re getting into before closing than be surprised later.

The pretty stuff is easy to change. The bones of the house? That’s where you need to pay attention.

Have you ever walked into a house and immediately thought, “Why does it feel like I’m standing on a boat?” Or maybe “whew I thought we were on a rollercoaster” 😂
