There are closings you celebrate, and closings you feel!

We officially closed the chapter on 1340 S 309 in Paris.
Nearly 50 years of memories lived within those walls, and selling a home with that much history is never just a transaction.
There were definitely some tests and trials along the way…but through it all, my seller trusted me. We kept our eyes on the finish line and sometimes more 😜, and we got it done.
I’m honored she trusted me with something that meant so much to her and her family. I hope the next chapter for this home is a good one and that it gets loved just as much as it has been.
