I have thought of many ways to start on how to word this one…

….I’ve always put my heart and soul into every job and nearly everything I do in life. As far as jobs go, from washing dishes in the back of Francesco’s Italian restaurant at 14 (getting there by skateboard over a 3 mile up/downhill each way) to serving community at Oasis cafe downtown to running catering for the film 🎥 company within salt lake, and all of the jack of trade jobs I’ve had in between. Apart from efficiency and doing an excellent job, my sole driving force has always been and will always be PEOPLE.

I’m so grateful that I made an impression on a handful of family’s I used to take care of in Deer Valley…and especially this one. We have stayed in touch over the years since I ventured into this beautiful economic encompassing career and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER that my efforts to be true, honest, and real it people I care about have come full circle.

Listed at 4.2m per my recommendation, with no listed sales in the subdivision since the beginning of the COVID boom we had nothing but my analysis of comparable sales to reference. We got our asking on a wild random day roughly 3 weeks in with multiple offers and even more interest thereafter.

My absolutely beautiful and humbling clients contacted me in January inquiring about a few areas in Utah…we discussed what they are looking for, their plan to find the right home, then sell theirs and move up~

After one initial home FaceTime walkthrough and a broad area recon, they stepped back thinking they would wait another year…nearly a month after I get a call and it was that itch that you can’t scratch until you really reach for it!

So, a phone call later, a flight ✈️ into Salt Lake International where I picked this lovely couple up, a seemingly great day of blue skies without traffic to look at two very spectacular locations in Utah County, we found ourselves negotiating and under contract in this glamorous modern chateau near the lake the next day.

This year I have been blessed with more than one friend that has trusted me in handling their family/friends home purchase. I am very grateful to be someone they look at with confidence in saying..trust him, he knows what he’s doing.

This couple interact so sweet with each other, no better way to step into February than to negotiate their first home!!

Ok!…here’s the story on this one~

Their mom is the lender, so it’s especially important to get things done right. Within two weeks or less we dialed in the location we wanted to look in for our price point, saw a few homes in one day and chose this updated interior, sturdy brick rambler. Being a touch older and knowing the market, I was able to get us under contract with 10,000.00 in seller credits for my buyers to use for closing costs and interest rate buydown!

During the inspection it was noted that there were several areas that needed attention and repair. Originally in the contract the seller said they were not going to do any repairs, but guess what…nearly 5,000.00 in repairs later and some assistance on my part in hiring quality and available contractors to complete the work on time for closing, we got it done ✔️
