Happy International Women’s’ Day to all the women in my life who reflect me back to myself, hold space for me, and light up my life in so many ways. You all inspire me and make me better just by knowing you. (Including those who may not be pictured… if we have crossed paths then consider yourself included!!) Our female friendships and relationships are so important and I believe generate a special and necessary energy for our planet and for society. Cheers to all and your feminine power today! Love you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️

All the passion for eating of a food blogger, but none of the photography skills 😆

We just wrapped up a spectacular weekend in Seattle celebrating Ana’s birthday, visiting friends, eating some delicious meals, and watching the Seahawks win the Super Bowl 🎉

Here are some stand out culinary moments from the trip:
1) Dinner at Ta**us Ox in Capitol Hill (omg best meal I’ve had in years… since our first Dishoom experience in London) 🤤
2) Campechanos taco at Gracia in Ballard. Maybe the best taco I’ve ever had… next to the bone marrow taco we had in Mexico City 🌮
3) Mee Sum Dim Sum in Pike Place market 🥟
4) ofc Din Tai Fung with my bestie Hannah 👯
5) Not pictured: Dick’s Deluxe 😍🍔

Plot twist: the hardest year of my life paid off. 🤪🐍🌟

This year was a rollercoaster—a shifting market, more than a few moments that truly tested me, and a lot of learning along the way. It also happened to be the Year of the Snake, which feels oddly perfect: shedding old skin, letting go of past versions of myself, and quietly stepping into something stronger and more grounded as we head into 2026.

I’m incredibly honored (and still a little surprised, honestly) to have earned this Chairman’s Circle Gold Award — placing me in the top 3% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents worldwide. This recognition means so much, especially because of the year it came in.

I had the privilege of working with some truly exceptional clients in 2025—people who stood shoulder to shoulder with me when the market wasn’t as strong or predictable as we’ve been used to. That trust, patience, and teamwork is everything means the world to me.

I also want to give a shout out to everyone who supported me through 2025 - my friends, family, my loving husband and of course my amazing broker . I truly couldn't have done it without you all. ❤️

One thing is for sure: hard work pays off. I’m counting my blessings, feeling deeply grateful, and already looking ahead with excitement. New year, new energy, and even bigger goals.

2026… Diamond, here I come 😉💎

SOLD!!! 🎉🎉🎉
It’s not everyday that you get to sell the same amazing property twice, and this home will always have a special place in my heart. I have to say a huge thank you to my clients for putting their trust in me not once, but twice, having sold two spectacular properties for them in the last couple of years.

This property is the 5th listing (🤯) I’ve had the privilege of selling in The Woods of Parleys Lane - my “accidental” niche here in the Park City market - a community that also holds a special place in my heart. This boutique, gated community (just 44 lots) is a hidden gem tucked halfway between Salt Lake City and Park City and is a very special little corner of our market.

I’m wishing my clients all the best in their next chapter and sending all the good vibes to the new family who will be calling this special property home. ❤️

2025 was… an interesting year in the Wasatch Back (Park City) real estate market 📊⛰️

If we zoom out, the market actually performed quite well overall:
• Median sales price across the Wasatch Back rose to $1,819,500 (+19.3%)
• 1,221 closed sales (+5.6%)
• Average days on market dropped to 38 days (-9.5%)
• Price per square foot climbed to $514 (+13%)
• New listings increased +7.9%, keeping options flowing

But when you zoom in, a more nuanced story emerges.

Some areas surged — like the Jordanelle, where new development (hello 👋 Deer Valley East Village) and fresh product drove strong demand and momentum.

Other areas softened — including a dip in single-family median pricing within Park City limits, something we frankly aren’t used to seeing after years of steep, post-COVID appreciation. Maybe we’ve been a little spoiled by nonstop upward charts 📈.

What 2025 really showed us is that our market is becoming more bifurcated. Across the board, demand has remained high for new product, and new development has played a major role in propping up overall performance — while older, less competitive inventory told a different story.

As always, headlines don’t tell the whole truth. You have to zoom into hyper-local data to understand what’s really happening in each pocket of the market.

👉 If you want to explore the full 2025 Wasatch Back statistics report, it’s linked in my bio. And if you’re curious how your specific neighborhood performed, I’m always happy to dig in. 🤓
