Every year is the best year to buy a house 😉!!For Utah particularly, the market is very strong and experts say that pricing will continue to rise. So it’s best to get into the market now while you have more options in your budget.

6 components that are supporting Utah’s consistent appreciation:

1. Favorable tax structure. Our state income tax is a flat rate whereas states like California and New York are on a graduated-rate income tax. Also, our property taxes are lower than most states.
2. Utah is financially sound. For example: we have one of the lowest unemployment rates & we pay our pensions. There are other states worried about bankruptcy at this time.
3. Access to an international airport
4. The incredible lifestyle. The ability to work remotely transformed people’s ideas of where they want to live! Utah’s mountains, lakes, and deserts have been a huge attraction for many.
5. Utah has great health care and education!
6. Utah is a relatively safe state with low crime.

Joined the hubby at work today! One of the many reasons why I love living in Utah is the adventure that awaits in our back yard!! Thank you for providing 60,000 acres of private land to play in - we made it 10,000 feet up and played in powder ❄️🏔❄️✨✨🏔❄️! And and even bigger thanks to for creating an amazing experience. Love you babe, you are the best!! Happy Winter fellow Utahns, time to go play 🎿⛷🏔❄️🏂🏔☃️❄️

has cabin fever!! My job is even more rewarding when one of your besties buys your listing. Congrats to Zach and his family for the purchase of their family recreational cabin in Weber Canyon 🏔🌅✨! I cannot wait to see what does to remodel the place. Now, time to schedule our snowmobiling weekend getaway ❄️🌨🏔!
