A story about PATIENCE and perfect timing…

Some home journeys take time — and this one was worth the wait.

I first started working with these amazing buyers two years ago. They were looking for the perfect ski home in Park City, but over time, they began to feel the area was growing too fast for what they hoped for.

Fast forward… when news of the exciting new developments and expanded terrain in Deer Valley caught their attention, the dream was rekindled — and they jumped back in with a fresh perspective.

And it paid off.

In a competitive multiple-offer situation, we navigated the process with strategy, strong representation, and a lot of teamwork — resulting in a smooth, quick, and successful close.

As you can see, this space started as an unused office in a home in Salt Lake City. When Covid hit, the homeowners decided to prioritize their health and wellness by converting it into a functional home gym.

Now, it’s a space that inspires them to stay active, healthy, and energized. And, the room suddenly gets a lot of use.
