1. The Market is active but price-sensitive.

In January 2026, 144 properties closed across the Wasatch Back, showing steady transaction volume. However, homes sold at an average of 96% of list price, signaling that buyers are negotiating and pricing correctly matters.

2. Well-priced homes still move quickly!

Nearly 30% of all sales closed within the first 30 days, and those homes achieved about 99% of list price, reinforcing that properties priced right and well-positioned are still attracting strong demand. Pricing well protects your equity.
