We are excited to share that the Promontory Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since its formation in 2006) has officially transitioned from a private foundation to a public charity under IRS Status 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), allowing us to expand opportunities for charitable giving and continue supporting nonprofits throughout Park City and Summit County.
