Five king suites overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir. 7 minutes to Deer Valley East Village.

The nice thing about this house is that everybody can kind of do their own thing, and still be together.

Kids downstairs are watching movies after skiing. The teenagers are watching movies while scrolling through their phones. Somebody is making dinner upstairs. Coffee in the kitchen before anybody else is awake yet. The hot tub is going at night.

And Deer Springs is so much quieter than staying in town. You’re super close to Deer Valley East Village and Main Street when you want to be, but the house is away from the hustle and bustle of being right in town.

Which is probably why guests end up spending more time here than they planned to.
