With her experience living in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years, Suzanne’s success helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams is primarily due to her strong work ethic, fueled by an unwavering positive outlook. Suzanne began her career in 1995 as a full-time, licensed real estate agent in Park City, eventually becoming an Associate Broker in 2010. She thrives on challenges in the
market, and goes above and beyond to help her clients attain the lifestyle of living in a mountain town, whether it’s a vacation or investment property, or primary residence. Graduating with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from San Jose State University, Suzanne gained considerable knowledge and experience working for advertising and PR companies in the Bay Area. Shortly after this, she began what was to be the start of her career in real estate assisting several prominent commercial and residential developers throughout California with their marketing and advertising needs. After moving to Park City in 1992, she earned a reputation as a top-producing agent by leveraging her extensive background not only in real estate development and marketing but also in relating to her clients on a personal level. While Suzanne’s success with her clients is the result of her outgoing personality and her extensive real estate background, she will say it’s mostly due to the pleasure of being a realtor, as it’s one of the most rewarding endeavors she’s undertaken. “Working with amazing people, from CEOs to retirement couples to individuals buying their first property, having people put their trust in you to make one of the most important decisions of their lives,” she says, “is both exhilarating and humbling.” For this reason, Suzanne works tirelessly for her clients. Whether it’s creating comprehensive marketing plans, participating in the design process of a new construction home, or conducting principled negotiations, she pays attention to every detail. The outcome of her professional approach typically results in gains for both her buyers and sellers, respect and appreciation from colleagues, and referrals from her former clients. Suzanne’s upbeat personality, tenacity, and knowledge often puts her in the position of being a mentor to realtors who are new to the business. When she does find time outside of her work with clients and colleagues, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Growing up sailing in the San Francisco Bay, she fulfills her desire to be outdoors by spending weekends at the Jordanelle Reservoir, camping in the Uintas, paddle boarding, and gazing at the stars.
