Trends of where people move every year is great information to know. As one who sells real estate in Utah, it comes with no surprise that folks are moving our way. Sorry, California.... you are loosing residents and your tax base.

Realtor Story Time! UNDER CONTRACT in Salt Lake City! Crash Pad for under $250,000.

After 20+ years of living in wonderful ski towns this wonderful woman moved to a small town in Idaho. Bought a nice big house and discovered great people, mountain bike trails, decent access to ski resorts and hot springs.... BUT something was missing. A crash pad in 'the city'. Urban Sailor Coffee in Park City, UT- Have you been there yet? I highly recommend this local joint. Lots of seating, great vibe, good coffee and wonderful staff.

I work out of there periodically on my laptop and it is fun to see so many locals coming in and out greeting each other as this is clearly their meeting spot!

This is our newest Café and home to our roastery operations as well. We are really proud of this new 2,000 square foot café, roastery and analog listening room with comfortable seating and a cozy upscale atmosphere.
